*Original certificates of all educational qualifications (including experience certificates, if applicable) and 01 attested photocopy of each certificate.
*Copy of filled-in color application form along with admission letter (Applicant’s Copy) and 02 (two) copies of color photographs.
*Citizenship certificate issued by the Chairman of the Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation of which the candidate is a permanent resident.
*National Identity Card/Birth Certificate (where applicable).
*In the case of children of freedom fighters, martyred freedom fighters and heroines, a certificate issued by the competent authority as per the latest instructions of the government as proof. In the case of applicants under the quota of ethnic minorities and physically disabled, a certificate issued by the competent authority.
*No TA/DA will be provided to candidates participating in the oral examination.
